The journey begins with pickup from your hotel in Krakow, where you will meet your driver and set off for a full day exploring the cultural and historic treasures of southern Poland.
The first stop is in Nikiszowiec, an early 20th century miners’ settlement built entirely of red brick. Walking its streets feels like stepping back in time, as you discover unique architecture and learn about the daily life of workers who shaped this fascinating district.
From there, the journey continues to Częstochowa, home of the world-famous Jasna Góra Monastery. Here you’ll visit the sacred icon of the Black Madonna, a centuries-old painting that draws pilgrims from across the globe and remains one of the most significant spiritual treasures of Poland.
Next, we make our way into the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, where the dramatic ruins of Ogrodzieniec Castle rise above the limestone cliffs.
