1. Personal data administrator
The administrator of your the personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) is One Blank Map sp. z
o.o. with registered office at: 00-029 Warsaw, ul. Nowy Świat 33/13 (hereinafter
“Administrator”).
2. Legal basis for data processing
We are processing your Personal Data according to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (‘GDPR’).
This means that your data will be processed in the event of the performance of the contract for the provision of services and within the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the possibility of informing about all matters related to the services provided.
3. Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of processing Personal Data is:
A. performance of the contract for the provision of services offered by the Administrator concluded between you and the Administrator (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);
B. customer satisfaction survey and determination of the quality of services provided by the Administrator (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR);
C. offering services directly (direct marketing), including selecting them to meet the needs of Clients (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR);
D. offering services directly (direct marketing) of companies cooperating with us (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR).
4. Categories of data that we process (basis of art. 14.1.d. of the GDPR)
We will process the following categories of your data:
A. Name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number;
B. Data regarding the purchased service and related services;
C. Data regarding the history of your cooperation with the Administrator, including information about previously purchased services and related services;
D. Electronic location data;
E. Residence status;
F. Data regarding services related to travel and movement;
G. Data regarding physical health.
5. Recipients of data
We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities:
A. authorized employees of the Administrator;
B. service providers who have been entrusted with the processing of Personal Data by contract for the purposes of implementing services provided by the Administrator, in particular an accounting office, legal office, insurance office and entities providing IT services and their authorized employees – to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the services;
C. entities authorized to receive Personal Data under the provisions of law, including state authorities and institutions;
D. service providers cooperating with the Administrator in the implementation of contracts for the provision of services offered by the Administrator.
6. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations
Disclosure of Personal Data results in the transfer of data to third countries that are outside the European Economic Area. Personal data will be transferred to third countries only when it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between you the Administrator and only in the interest of the person to whom the data relates.
7. Data storage period
A. We will keep your Personal Data obtained in order to conclude a contract for the provision of services for the limitation period of potential claims arising from the contract (3 years).
B. Your Personal Data contained in accounting documents will be kept for a period of 5 years.
C. Your Personal Data obtained for marketing purposes will be processed for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to their processing.
8. Your rights related to the processing of Personal Data
You have:
A. the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
B. the right to rectify your data;
C. the right to delete your data (if in your opinion there is no basis for us to process your
data, you can request that we delete it);
D. the right to limit the processing of your data (you can request that we limit the processing
of your Personal Data only to their storage or performance of activities agreed with you,
if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we process them without
justification);
E. the right to withdraw at any time any previously granted consent to the processing of
your Personal Data;
F. the right to submit an objection:
* “Marketing” objection – you have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of conducting direct marketing.
** Objection due to an “extraordinary situation” – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate and justified interest for purposes other than direct marketing, due to an extraordinary situation that, in your opinion, justifies us ceasing the processing covered by the objection.
G. the right to transfer (Article 20 of the GDPR);
H. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection personal data.
9. Information regarding the voluntary nature of providing information
Providing Personal Data by the data subject is a condition for concluding a contract. Failure to provide data marked as required prevents the Administrator from concluding and implementing the contract.
Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary and is not a condition for concluding a contract.
10. Cookies
A. When browsing our website, there is a possibility that so-called “cookies” will be stored on the hard drive of the computer or mobile device you are using. Cookies are small text files that websites save on the computer or device that the user uses when using the Internet and browsing websites.
B. Cookies are primarily used for personalization, as well as for keeping statistics, which allows for the analysis of traffic and optimization of our website in terms of the preferences of our users.
Cookies do not pose a threat to your computer or the mobile device you are using. They do not contain viruses or malicious software.
C. One Blank Map sp. z o.o. (Administrator) uses cookies to collect encrypted information that is intended to improve the comfort of using the website. Cookies do not collect sensitive data that allows for the identification of users (name, surname, contact details).
