Regulations for the Provision of Electronic Services
§ 1 [General Provisions]
1. These regulations for the provision of electronic services (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) define the rules for using the services provided via the website: https://outdoor-vacations.com/ by One Blank Map sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-029 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS number: 0001090186), with the NIP number (5252993730) and REGON number (527883827) (hereinafter referred to as “One Blank Map” or “Service Provider”).
2. These Regulations are the regulations for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of Art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended).
3. The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided by One Blank Map sp. z o.o. by electronic means, the principles of providing these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements on the provision of services by electronic means and the complaint procedure.
4. For matters related to the organization and implementation of services, including the conditions of participation, payment and liability, separate regulations for individual services apply, available on the Website in the appropriate tabs.
§ 2 [Definitions]
Service Provider – One Blank Map sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 00-029 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS number: 0001090186), with the NIP number (5252993730) and REGON number (527883827)
Website – the internet service located at www: https://outdoor-vacations.com/ through which the Service Recipient can use the Services provided by One Blank Map sp. z o.o.
Service Recipient – means a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law has granted legal capacity, who is a user of the Website, in particular for the purpose of using the Services.
Secure SSL protocol – an electronic system used for the secure transmission of an encrypted data stream (if used on the website).
Services – services provided by One Blank Map sp. z o.o. electronically via the Website, indicated in § 4 of the Regulations.
Payment – payment for all services indicated by the Service Recipient and listed in the Reservation.
Online Payment – payment via the Internet, initiated directly in the Reservation System during the process of placing an Order.
Regulations – these regulations for the provision of electronic services carried out within the website: http://www.outdoor-vacations.com
Contact Form – an interactive form available on the Website enabling the Service Recipient to send an inquiry to the Service Provider and provide contact details.
§ 3 [General Provisions]
1. The Service Recipient may use the services referred to in § 4 of the Regulations, available through the Website, subject to meeting the technical requirements referred to in § 5 sec. 1 of the Regulations.
2. All materials made available on the Website (including, among others, names, logos, descriptions of Services, photos, graphic layout of the page) are subject to intellectual property rights, in particular copyrights of the Service Provider or entities cooperating with it.
3. The Service Recipient may use the information and materials referred to in point 2 above, only to the extent permitted by applicable law and for your own, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to use the resources of the Website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of One Blank Map sp. z o.o.
4. § 4 Provision: Language of Service and Communication
1. Primary Language of Service:
The Company shall provide its services and official communications to clients primarily in English.
2. Other Languages for Convenience:
Where information or communication is made available in languages other than English, such translations are provided solely for the convenience of clients.
3. No Obligation for Other Languages:
The provision of information or communication in languages other than English does not create any obligation for the Company to provide its services or ongoing communications in those languages.
4. Precedence of English Version:
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
§ 5 [Services provided electronically]
1. One Blank Map provides the following Services via the Website:
1.1 Providing information on the offer of trips organized by One Blank Map sp. z o.o. in Poland, Europe, and other destinations.
1.2 Enabling contact with One Blank Map sp. z o.o. using the Contact Form to obtain information about the offer and ask questions, as well as to book and make payments for services;
1.3 Information on current special offers and promotions organized by One Blank Map sp. z o.o.

2. Using the Services referred to in paragraph 1 above requires:
2.1 Entering the Service Recipient’s data, including personal data necessary to provide a given Service, in accordance with the instructions posted on the Website and accepting the above-mentioned activities by confirming.
2.2 Acceptance by the Service Recipient of these Regulations by checking the appropriate checkbox next to the message about reading and accepting the Regulations. Detailed terms and conditions of participation in individual trips, including the rules of booking and payment, are specified in separate regulations available in the description of each trip offer.
§ 6 [Conclusion of the agreement]
1. Information about services presented on the Website constitutes an invitation to submit offers by customers, and not a commercial offer within the meaning of the law.
2. Making a reservation by the User, even after making an advance payment, does not mean automatic conclusion of the agreement. The reservation is a proposal to conclude an agreement for a selected service, which One Blank Map may accept or reject. Confirmation of receipt of the reservation does not constitute its acceptance.
3. The agreement to use the service is concluded after the following conditions have been met:
3.1 The Participant has read the description of the selected service and other important information provided by One Blank Map.
3.2 Confirmation of the reservation by One Blank Map, which may occur by sending a confirmation electronically or in another agreed manner.
3.3 Payment by the Participant of the required advance payment within a specified period. The amount of the advance payment and the deadline for its payment are each time indicated in the terms and conditions of the given offer.
4. The contract may be concluded through:
4.1 Online booking via the Website or other online provider authorized by the authorized by the e Service Provider…
4.2 E-mail exchange with a One Blank Map representative.
4.3 Telephone contact and confirmation of the tour conditions.
5. After concluding the contract, the User receives confirmation of its conclusion and important information regarding the selected tour on a durable medium (e.g. e-mail).
6. Concluding a contract on behalf of a minor requires the consent of their parents or legal guardians. In certain cases, additional documents may be required.
7. One Blank Map reserves the right to refuse to conclude a contract in the event of obvious errors in the booking or offer.
8. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the personal data of the participants and for making the correct selection of the tour parameters when booking. One Blank Map is not responsible for problems in the implementation of the contract resulting from incorrect data provided by the User.
§ 7 [Payments]
1. The User may pay for services in the following forms:
1.1 Bank transfer to the One Blank Map account.
1.2 Online payments via available payment systems.
1.3 Other payment methods indicated on the Website or agreed with One Blank Map.
1.4 In some cases also cash
2. In case of bookings made shortly before the start date of the service, the available payment methods may be limited, about which the User will be informed.
3. The prices of services are given in the currency indicated in the offer and include applicable taxes.
4. In case of payment in a currency other than the currency of the offer, all currency conversion costs and bank fees are borne by the User.
5. The User undertakes to make payments on the agreed dates, without the need for an additional request from One Blank Map.
6. In the event that the payment deadline falls on a non-working day, it is postponed to the next working day.
7. Settling online transactions may be carried out through external payment operators, in accordance with their regulations.
§ 8 [Cancellation of Reservation and Withdrawal from the Agreement]
1. Cancellation of an unpaid reservation before concluding the agreement is possible by informing One Blank Map electronically or by phone.
2. The detailed conditions for withdrawal from the concluded agreement on the use of the Service by the User are regulated by applicable law.
3. Due to the specificity of the Services, in certain cases the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded remotely may be limited in accordance with applicable consumer law.
§ 9 [Technical conditions for using the Services]
1. Using the Website and Services provided by One Blank Map sp. z o.o. is possible provided that the Service Recipient’s IT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
1.1 Using the current version of a web browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript standards.
1.2 Having an active and properly configured e-mail account (in the case of using the Contact Form)
1.3 Enabling cookies in the web browser (in accordance with the Cookies Policy).
2. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Website is accessible to the widest possible group of users, but does not guarantee its correct operation on all hardware and software configurations of Service Recipients.
§ 10 [Rights and Obligations of the Service Recipient]
1. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Website and Services Provided Electronically in a manner consistent with applicable legal regulations, the provisions of these Regulations and good manners.
2. The Service Recipient is obliged to provide true and current data in the Contact Form.
3. The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing content of an illegal nature, violating the rights of third parties or harming the good name of the Service Provider.
4. The Service Recipient has the right to file a complaint regarding the Services provided Electronically in accordance with § 11 of the Regulations.
5. The Service Recipient has the right to access the content of these Regulations at any time via the Website.
§ 11 [Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider]
1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide Services by Electronic Means with due diligence.
2. The Service Provider has the right to temporarily suspend the provision of Services by Electronic Means in the event of a failure, maintenance work or other technical reasons.
3. The Service Provider has the right to change these Regulations to the extent permitted by law. Service Recipients will be informed of any significant changes by placing appropriate information on the Website with due notice.
4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Website or Services by the Service Recipient, including damages resulting from providing false data.
§ 12 [Complaints]
1. All complaints regarding the provision of Services provided electronically by One Blank Map sp. z o.o. should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: hello@oneblankmap.com or in writing to the registered office address of the Service Provider.
2. The complaint should include the identification data of the Service Recipient (name, surname/name), e-mail address and a description of the problem that is the basis for the complaint.
3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 working days of its receipt and will inform the Service Recipient about the method of its consideration to the e-mail address provided in the complaint or in writing to the correspondence address if the complaint was submitted in writing.
§ 13 [Personal Data Protection]
The principles of processing the personal data of Service Recipients are specified in the Privacy Policy of the Website: www.outdoor-vacations.com.
§ 14 [Copyright]
All content posted on the Website is subject to copyright protection and is the property of the Service Provider or entities cooperating with it. The use of this content in a manner that goes beyond permitted private use requires the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Using the content without prior written permission from Service provider may be prosecuted ex officio
§ 15 [Final Provisions]
The Service Provider has the right to change these Regulations in the event of a change in the applicable provisions of law or a change in the scope of the Services offered. The amended Regulations will be published on the Website.
These Regulations enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the Civil Code.
Any disputes arising in connection with the implementation of these Regulations shall be resolved by competent common courts in Poland, specifically to be pursued in the court of place of registering the company,
